Hello beautiful community ☀️ I’m Mandy and I wanted to share a bit about myself and my beautiful offerings as a massage therapist 🙌🏽✨🫶 I absolutely love being in the medative ,healing zone that holding space in massage requires . It brings me pure joy and keeps me grounded in present life 🌳 I offer 2 very different types of massage modalities … one I consider more of a feminine practice or energy and the other a more practical masculine practice . Lomi Lomi is such a beautiful heart opening , deep ,flowy and sensual experience with a traditional influence from Hawaii 🌺 some have explained it like being massaged by the ocean 🌊 💦 it most certainly embraces the feeling of rocking and being held in the ebbs n flows of rhythm 🫶 a holistic mind body and spirit experience that has my heart ✨ The other type I offer is Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage 🙌🏽 which is more working on certain areas that need physical attention and relief from pain and tension . Body work . Having long holds in certain pressure points to help the body release and breath more freely 🙌🏽 I always allow 1.5h sessions as I just don’t believe an hour is long enough to go deep and be fully present and allow for what is Alive to be seen .
